Armor (chain mail), legendary (requires attunement)

While wearing this armor, you gain a +3 bonus to AC, you are immune to fire damage, and you can understand and speak Primordial. In addition, you can stand on and walk across molten rock as if it were solid ground.

+3 armor is outrageous in its own right- it contributes to ACs in the mid 20s to low 30s. Efreeti Chain steps it up further with some magma-walking abilities and immunity to fire damage. Sweet stuff!

While not the most common non-weapon damage you should expect to see (poison I believe gets that trophy), Fire is a close runner up in terms of most common enemy damage types.
Molten rock isn’t a particularly well fleshed out mechanic, nor would I expect it to EVER come up, but hey, its neat bonus.
