These iron horseshoes come in a set of four. While all four shoes are affixed to the hooves of a horse or similar creature, they increase the creature's walking speed by 30 feet.

Are you tired of your warhorse only having 60 ft. speed? Pick up some Horseshoes of Speed!
“Horse or similar creature”, to me, applies to basically any quadrupedal-hooved creature, including pegasus.
Find Steed and Find Greater Steed both offer tools to provide you a guaranteed horse or horse-like creature, making mounted paladins eager for a set of these.
This does specify walking speed, so pegasus and nightmares won’t benefit from the speed bonus when using their fly speed.
