Simple, clean, effective; the Mantle of Spell Resistance is the kind of item basically every character can benefit from.

Effects like a dragon’s breath weapon aren’t spells; this is only effective against spells, not all magical saves
Saves produced by creatures conjured by a spell also don’t qualify; a sprite’s sleepy arrows conjured with Conjure Woodland Beings will be unaffected by this.
