While wearing this necklace, you can breathe normally in any environment, and you have advantage on saving throws made against harmful gases and vapors (such as Cloudkill and Stinking Cloud effects, inhaled poisons, and the breath weapons of some dragons).

Are you going underwater and would like Water Breathing, but don’t have a spellcaster? If so, the Necklace of Adaptation is here for you. Not only does it enable you to breathe in places others can’t freely, but it also provides a bit of a boon against dangerous gasses and vapors!
Black, Brass, Copper, Gold, and Silver have gaseous breath weapons that this item defends against.
Paired with a Bag of Holding, this necklace can provide you a way to sneak creatures into places in an extra-dimensional pouch without worrying about suffocation!
