Ring, very rare (requires attunement)
While wearing this ring, you regain 1d6 hit points every 10 minutes, provided that you have at least 1 hit point. If you lose a body part, the ring causes the missing part to regrow and return to full functionality after 1d6 + 1 days if you have at least 1 hit point the whole time.

If you’re slogging through encounter after encounter over eight hours, you may need some extra hit points to pad you out. A Ring of Regeneration may be just what the doctor ordered!
1d6 hit points per ten minutes equates to roughly 18 hit points regained each hour.
This Ring requires attunement, meaning you can’t pass it around to heal multiple people.
What a half-grown body party looks and functions like will vary table to table; I’d rule you could use it at around the half-way point, but ability checks you’d make with it would be at disadvantage, but that’s a personal ruling and not rules as written.
