Ring of Three Wishes 5e
Ring, legendary
While wearing this ring, you can use an action to expend 1 of its 3 charges to cast the Wish spell from it. The ring becomes nonmagical when you use the last charge.

Wish holds the title of most powerful spell in the game- it has more potential than every other spell that exists. Getting a ring that can cast it can wildly change the game, and should only be given out with care and consideration.
Wish can cast any 8th level or lower spell once, create a 25,000 gold value item, restore up to 20 creatures back to full hit points while curing them with a Greater Restoration effect, grant ten creatures permanent resistance to a damage type of your choice, or grant up to ten creatures immunity to a single spell or magical effect for 8 hours.
It also can undo a recent event by forcing a reroll, possibly shifting reality to be warped around a different outcome.
Wish also has a massive clause where it can perform effects beyond the scope of these already busted effects.
The ring has no way to regain charges.
