Rod of the Pact Keeper 5e
Rod, uncommon (+1), rare (+2), or very rare (+3)
While holding this rod, you gain a bonus to spell attack rolls and to the saving throw DCs of your warlock spells. This bonus is determined by the rod's rarity.
In addition, you can regain one warlock spell slot as an action while holding the rod. You can't use this property again until you finish a long rest.

If you’re a warlock and struggling with your Pact Magic’s limitations, a Rod of the Pact Keeper may be something to seek out. These magic items not only empower your spell save DC and to hit modifier, they crucially give you a way to regain a spell slot for an action once per long rest. This is the bread-and-butter warlock item I’d recommend most DMs give out as their first big magic item. They’re a bit better than a +1 weapon I think, but still a reasonable early to mid-tier reward in the lower rarities.
Warlocks are limited to two spell slots up until 11th level. Getting a third, even as a once-per-long rest, is a 50% improvement for most warlocks who aren’t getting access to a ton of short rests.
The rare and very rare variants don’t give you additional ways to regain spell slots; the only difference is the scaling of the modifier.
It being a Rod does qualify as an Arcane Focus, which is the spellcasting focus Warlocks use to cast their spells with material components.
