Your Constitution score is 19 while you wear this amulet. It has no effect on you if your Constitution is already 19 or higher without it.

If you’re playing Dungeons & Dragons, chances are you have some compelling reason to have a 19 Constitution. This makes Amulet of Health a particularly appealing option for many, especially given that Constitution isn’t often an ability score you’re improving early with Ability Score Improvements.
Everyone cares about Constitution saving throws and hit points, with front-line classes caring a bit more about it than their backline allies.
Spellcasters also have a major need for improved Constitution for their concentration Constitution saves.
This sets your Constitution to 19; other improvements to your Constitution don’t improve this, such as an Ability Score Improvement.
