Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement)
While you wear this pendant, you stabilize whenever you are dying at the start of your turn. In addition, whenever you roll a Hit Die to regain hit points, double the number of hit points it restores.

Having a safety net for when you’d otherwise die horribly can be handy; that’s what the Periapt of Wound Closure is for. It acts as a pseudo-Death Ward that prevents you from dying from your failing death saves.
Enemies and the environment can force you to fail death saves; if three occur before the start of your next turn, you still die.
Hit Dice are typically only rolled to heal on short rest, but features like the Dwarven Fortitude also work with this item.
